how to bridge two routers over the internet

hi all,
i want to ask if i can link two routers while they are totally separated of each other over the internet to make a large LAN
the two routers are TP link any helps?

The OP is not looking to extend the range of a wireless LAN but to link two LANs over the internet. What he needs is VPN.

The routers have to support site to site vpn. If the specs on yours don't say that you will need to get different routers that do support site to site vpn.

alternatively if they support vpn pass through you can bring up vpn serves at each end to accomplish the same thing though site to site is way better.
