What do you mean "Diskless Booting" ?

"My problem is that i have a pentium 4 core 2 quard 2.4 Ghz with 3 GB ram and another mechine pentium 4, 1.6 GHz with 512 GB ram."

So what exactly is the problem?

To boot across a network you first need a server that is capable of remote booting. That means Windows Terminal Server or Linux or something similar. Windows XP wont do it.

You also need a PXE boot ROM in your network interface card.

Well, you can use OS sreaming.
Try HP's Image Manager for instance. I can tweak it to make it run from an XP box, you just need a DHCP server on your network (I use my LinkSys internal DHCP).
