You can't block using QoS. For that you'd need a packet shaper type device, or software that allows for it.

With QoS you could paint torrent traffic bronze and it would get the lowest priority.

1) Does AC68U have a packet shaper feature?
2) My router have a feature to configure how many percent it can access the Internet for all priority. Isn't it possible to put lowest as no Internet access?

1) Why are you asking me? You can utilize a search engine and your own time to get answers like these. We're here to help when you've exhausted those (and any other) available means of figuring it out on your own.

2) Good question. Since you have the router, and it's associated documents, again, why don't you do some reading and research on the subject and figure it out for yourself. I have no familiarity with your router and would have to do some reading and research myself to figure it out. From my perspective, it makes more sense for you to learn this since you own the router and I don't.

I already did a Google Search about the "Transferred" rate and none of the result match my question that's why I am posting it here.
