Specs: Windows XP
I have someone abusing my website by hiding behind cloud computing.
the address is they have is: 173-203-243--138.static.cloud-ips.com
They constantly add web abuse postings on my website.
Any assistance to prevent the above will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

set up a fire wall rule on your router that says any traffic from 173.203.243.138 block
or you can do it on your server but best to keep it as far away as possible from the server.

or if you dont have a firewall at the router set up a static route to null. this will bin all traffic from that adress

I don't think that will be a long term solution as all they need to do is constantly change the cloud address but thanks so much for your input

there isnt any real way of preventing it. as long as there posting the way they should then you will always be playing catchup. the only thing i can say is that its a static ip address and there has been complaints about it spanning back to september. so its not changing that quickly.

Thank you but I may have found a way...all users must prodice a valid email address which must be confirmed by us...or rejected, (will need to make changes on our website admin section to accomplish same). That way we can reject the culprit fast and easy without their abuse being published.
Thanks so much for your help.
