Depends on OS you are using. But basic idea is always the same. Bridge them :)

Bridging does not bind them together. Adapter teaming does.

To do adapter teaming you must have a managed switch that supports one of the teaming protocols. The nic manufacturer will have the software for binding the two together as a virtual single interface which you then assign a single ip address to.
