Specs: Windows XP, P4 2,58 GHZ /2GB
Hello,
I have problems in the summer with my Microtik router. Hot temperatures, 24/7 operation and humidity cause it to stuck sometimes and need a reboot. Is there a program or an other way to inform me that it is stuck?

Thx in advance for your effort

You'll know it's stuck when you can't access the internet. Maybe you should consider replacing the router or pointing a small fan at in during the warmer months? Did you try updating the firmware?

Thing is that I provide Internet access to my store from this configuration and it's a bit embarrasing when people say "your internet does not work" so I want an SMS or something to get informed ahead...

"I provide Internet access to my store"

Even more reason to have reliable hardware. You didn't answer my questions about updating the firmware or trying a cooling fan, but you might wanna bite the bullet & invest in a different router.

having too many clients connected to cheap routers can also cause it to hang.

If you buy a new one check the operation temps specs. Should be up to 40C at least.
