|You need to forward Port 80 on your router to 192.168.1.2. You access the web server via your public IP address or a URL linked to your public IP address. 192.168.1.2 is a private IP address.|
So when the router receives a web request on port 80 it forwards it to the computer that can service such a request. Your router manual will show you how to forward ports.
However, if you are trying t access you Web server vis the router public IP address from within the same network as the web server that wont work. For that to work you need a router that has local loop-back. The only routers I have come across with that facility are Belkin.
