You need to google "online subnet calculator" and learn how to use one. I like this one: http://www.subnetmask.info/
In your previous post wanderer advised you that you would want to use the following for your netmask: 255.255.240.0 and I concur. /20 would provide you with 16 networks of 4096 host IP's per network.
