Try the simplest first:
Restart the server, router, AP's, switches, and the client computers, roughly in that order.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

We have two servers in our computer laboratory and 40 clients
server 1 is connected with 25 clients
server 2 is connected with 15 clients
But on 21st May 2018 I restarted my router After that My Server 1 is working properly.
But Clients connected with Server 2 cannot find host.

At least restart the server 2 but maybe restarting the router again might be necessary. If after there are any clients that cannot connect, restart them as well.
Little errors creep into the running system, restarting reloads all of that from the drive and many little problems are solved, sometimes apparently big ones.
This is relatively simple and always worth trying before calling in the Big Guns.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Check the network interface on the server. Is it up and running? Are it's TCP/IP settings correct? Is it able to connect to the router? To the internet? To it's clients?

How are you restricting clients to a particular server?

Are you running DHCP on the servers or on the router?

Clients are connecting from internet?
What kind of applications are the clients using? Are the right ports forwarded?

Are you running DHCP on the servers or on the router?

I'm assuming of course the clients are indeed using DHCP? Whether using static or DHCP for clients, check a couple of the clients, are their TCP/IP settings correct? Can they ping their respective server?

- Can clients connect to the internet?
- Can the server talk to clients? (ping test)

All TCP/IP settings for the server and clients...........with the exception of the IP addresses.........should be identical. Are they?

After some research I assume you are running Windows Server xxxx on the servers. The L300 thin clients connect to one of the servers running Vspace server software?

The 2 servers have different subsets?
L300 clients are configured to connect directly to the server? (not over the router?)
Router connects servers to internet? not needed for the clients to connect to server?

Best to keep this to a single thread. Please stop responding in the other one or I'll delete it for the sake of sanity.

No Server cant talk to clients

clients are not responsive when ping from Servers

Check the server's TCP/IP settings.

Further questions requiring answers in order to help you:

- Is each server, and group of associated clients, on a separate subnet from the other?
- Do both servers, and group of associated clients access the internet through the same router?
- Can the clients connected to the problem server communicate with each other? (ie: ping test)
