Help is needed

Dell Inspiron 1200 notebook

Specs: Windows XP, 1.30GHz,504MB ram
My problem is that i cannot get any wireless connection. It doesn't even detect any networks at all. when i type ipconfig /all in dos this is the message i got:

I don't see your wireless card listed there. Have you checked Device Manager to make sure that the drivers are installed?

It turns out after opening up the laptop i discovered that the internal antenna cable that connects to the mini card is missing. Would you or anyone know if this part is readily available. Thanks Jennifer for your response

I have fixed the problem with my wireless now. I got a usb network adapter. It logged me on the net , now i'm happily surfing once again.
