Take a look at the following MS support article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307897

When you say you changed the time in the taskabar but its not working, what do you mean?

Do you mean you are able to change the time, but it reverts back to the time it was set to before or do you mean something different?

I mean I just double clicked the the time in the task bar at the right and on the bottom. or the bottom right and then I changed the time and then i loked at the client computers connected to the server but their time did not change also.

no the time did not revert back to the time it was before i changed it. it did stay the same time that i changed it to. it did not revert because i was watching it since i posted. its the same time because i made it the same time as my watch and I didnt change my watch. and I want all the computers that are in active directory to be the same time as my server and my watch. did I make sense? I just was thinking that they could all have the same time as my server.
