getting dhcp ip in lan

Specs: Windows 7
I dont want my pc to get any dhcp ip .getting dhcp ip from 192.168.0.1 gateway from the lan network how to protect from it or block the series .We get the physical address of that ip also need to block ,please suggest how to do that.

Statically assigning an IP address to the computer would effectively "block" DHCP from assigning TCP/IP settings to it.

You can block a specific computer IP from a router if that is what you are asking.
