Found out that the canon changes ip address

Specs: Windows Vista
FOUND OUT THAT THE CANON CHANGES IP ADDRESS, AFTER I SAVE IT TO 192.168.1.223 REVERT TO 192.168.1.12, STILL OFFLINE

Router address is 192.168.1.1 Netgear or 192.168.11.1 Buffalo unreachable host, wont print, cant be seen on the network, windows 7 and vista os,check the cable pings with laptop but not printer.

would indicate the canon network interface is set to dhcp and getting a ip that way.

Post the results of a ipconfig /all from your pc so we know for sure what the ip range is.

What does the buffalo have to do with the printing issue?
