Extend wireless range to upstairs rooms

Hi!
I have a home wireless network set-up using a netgear wireless router. It works great, but there are a few rooms upstairs, away from the wireless router that get only a weak signal. What is the best way to get a stronger wireless signal upstairs? I have purchased a Hawking HWABN1 Wireless Access Point/Bridge, but I don't think that this is what I should be using. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Try position the router closer to the stairs or build your own Windsurfer template mentioned in Answer Number 2 HERE

Thanks! Is there an option for a wireless router w/o antennas? My net gear has internal antennas....
