Of course it's possible. What it comes down to is budget and knowledge.

If you have the knowledge/ability then all you need is $$ for equipment. If however, you don't have the knowledge, I hope you have the budget to hire a qualified professional, as well as buy equipment.

What you need to accomplish the task is point-to-point wireless antenna's and a clear line of sight between locations. This may require towers (likely) and some outdoor grade cable to go from inside the buildings to the antennas outside.

I've just finished configuring a pair of the following for my work.

They're big, heavy and expensive so may not fit your budget. But they can do .5 mile easily (rated for 60 miles +) and 1.2 Gbps bandwidth. I'm sure if you look around you can find some p-t-p antennas that suit your budget and can cover that distance easily. While you're looking, check eNgenius: https://www.engeniustech.com/

They have a lot to offer and I've worked with some of their equipment over the years and liked it very much. It may fit your budget better.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

It would be cheaper if cable TV is available to get a separate internet connection installed there. If you need a private link you can use VPN routers and set that up.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
