Experiencing network loss every day at 5pm??

Specs: Windows XP/7
Since we changed our ISP and whom used to manage our networks we have been getting the 5pm and 7pm network lockout to our workstations. We lose all connection to our network and if we reboot the workstation everything is fine. This is not occurring on every workstation either but it is the same ones every night.

I have verified Setups for our DNS, DHCP Server and in Active Directory and we are still experiencing the loss for some reason. Everything appears to be in order and this was not an issue prior to the changeover. I can’t say there was a lot that we had to change on our network to cause this but I am open to suggestions...from my research online I see that others have gone through this and was undetermined as to what may be causing this issue.

when you lose the connection...

do you have a valid ip address?
can you ping that local ip address?
can you ping the gateway?
can you do a nslookup server name?
before you reboot any events in the logs to note?
any scheduled backup jobs?
any rollouts of gpo's?
what exactly got changed with the new isp?
