I just switched back to cable internet with Suddenlink. Now when I try to go into certain chat rooms I get a "error 2031" message. I refresh and same results. I have even turned my firewall off and no help. Added the chat room to my "trusted sites" in my Internet Options Security tab. Downloaded Adobe.....nothing.....went to Firefox....same result....also does the same thing on my laptop using WiFi. It has got to be the internet provider. They say no. Anyone help? I have Windows 8 BTW. This did all of this on my old computer and a brand new Dell.
Is it with any perticular website (chat room ) that you are trying to enter that you get that error or with all the web site that support chat if its only with one perticular site then its not a issue with the ISP its the issue with the website try to go to that chat room with Safemode with networking and see if that helpes
