Does anyone have a back-up copy of Cisco ios 8.0

Specs: cisco 9.4, 1gb
I upgraded my cisco catalyst 1900 switch from 8.0 to 9.4 recently. However, I don't like the menus on the 9 version . I want to go back to the 8.0 but do not have a back-up. Does anyone out there have a back-up of version 8.0 or 8.4. Or are you running it on your switch. If so could you do a copy and send it to ?

Can't you download the older version if you're a licenced Cisco OS customer?

Cisco only have version 9 ios for the 1900 series switch. It is not available from them as it is quite old. That is why I am having to try to find someone who has a copy of the 8.0 ios .bin file.

Thanks for your interest.

I think he suggests you contact cisco. Pretty sure they would send you a link to a ftp server that has it.

Thank you.
That is worth a try. I am studying IT at college. My tutors are likely to have full access accounts with cisco. Maybe they could get the .bin file that I need.
Will give it a try myself first as I have a cisco netacad account and password. If I don't get any joy, I will try my college teachers.

Response appreciated.
