D-Link PowerLine HomePlug wireless not working correctly

Specs: Windows XP
My D-Link PowerLine AV Wireless N Starter Kit (DHP-W307AV) wireless just stopped working. Cannot connect iphone/ipad or laptop.
limited or no connectivity.
Any ideas?I am a novice with this sort of thing

Try resetting the router by unplugging it from power supply then plugging it back in.
Wait for the router to indicate that it's ready to use (no lights flashing) then try your wireless devices again.

Have tried this and also deleting connection but to no avail
