Did I made my Belkin Router IP Address unusable?

August 25, 2015 at 13:12:14
Specs: Windows 8
I was following a tutorial [http://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=8067]
to make a Belkin router into an Access Point. In doing so I changed the IP address to 192.168.2.252 now I cannot access the router anymore to change it to something else. Please help and than you.

While you are waiting for a network person, have you tried all of these to gain access?

192.168.2.1
192.168.2.252
192.168.2.254

(yeah, I know, at least one is absurd).

Also is there a reset pin hole you could use to start over? Typically you insert a paper clip for about 30 seconds.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

As Derek suggest.. reset the router (back to as delivered/bought) with the aid of a paper clip...

That will restore the default ip address - and also erase/delete any changes or programming you entered.

Which model Belkin do you haver?
