DHCP not give IP to client

Specs: Windows XP
sir/madam i having a problem with a client's window xp profession computer unable to get address from the dhcp server. of window server 2003.Below are the problem.

IP: no
default gateway: no
but from the support of the detail in the TCP/IP it gave the IP of the dns server. how do i resolve the problem. i tried using a wireless connection instead of LAN is still the same thing

post the results of a ipconfig /all for review from this workstation.
has it ever worked in the past?
