What did Dell say about the issue the last time you had to take it in?
The above leads me to believe it's not something you've done so much as it is a hardware failure.
It's entirely possible there's a bad component on that MoBo and that's why it keeps failing........what we call a "known issue".
I would take it back to Dell and let them replace the motherboard again. I'd also discuss them replacing the unit if they can't fix it and keep it fixed. If it were me, I'd only bring it back a second time for the exact same problem and then I'd be demanding a new, different model, unit. From the sounds of it, there's something wrong with the motherboard on this particular unit.
