Deleting site from my Google search

Specs: Windows 7
Hi, I have downloaded material to a site many years ago and now that site appears first when my name is typed at Google Search. The problem is that I've written many e-mails to the site manager and he is not answering. Is there any way to delete this site from my Google search?

if you are logging in with Gmail. Just got to top right. Where you email name is listed. Hit the down arrow and choose account settings. Then choose web history and clear it. However, if you are using Ccleaner. It should take care of it.

I do believe gmh1977 has missed the point.

When anyone tries a google search for the OP's name the first resultant entry that comes up is this mentioned website( unnamed) to which the OP at some time previously uploaded some data. the results of a googlesearch are not the responsibility of that website( unless that website is paying for sponsored link priority) but stem from the way google records, interprets and presents it's linking information. What he is seeking is some way to alter the search results in google so that perhaps his own new website or some other entry appear with higher priority.
