Customize network permissions

Specs: Windows workstation 2010
Hello everybody,
I want to customize the sharing permissions among users in a windows workstation 2010.
Meaning: give someone the full access to shared folders and the others only read permissions... so what i am supposed to do?...

You create the users accounts
You make two groups; full access group and read only group
You put the users you want in one or the other group but not in both
You assign the groups to the shares.
Full access has full control
Read only has list, read and read&execute
You remove Everyone

you're done

BTW there is no version of workstation called 2010. Perhaps you mean windows 7

Thank u wanderer... but the user on different computers and i cannot add them to the groups i created...

in a peer to peer workgroup every user account has to exist on every pc and for ease of access all user passwords should match.

doesn't matter if the user exists on other computers. that is why the first step is to create the user accounts on the pc you wish to assign them rights to.
