Specs: Windows 7 x64, 2 GHz DualCore/ 4,00 GB
Hi, I have a problem with my Win7 laptop and an XP computer. I'm trying to connect them but there seems to be a lot of issues between these two windows systems. They are both connected to the same workgroup, win7 computer is set to use network as work network. I have basically gone through the first things a google search showed but it didn't help, not even what I could find on Thing is both computers can see each other, XP can ping Win7 but NOT vice versa. In win7 I can see XP with the other computers in the network but I can't access it, error code: 0x80070035. Both computers have firewalls disabled.

It doesn't have to be windows firewall. If you have Norton, McAfee or some other garbage running, the connection maybe blocked.

When I say fire wall I didn't specifically mean Windows Firewall, I meant all installed.
