Connect To 192.168.0.50

I want to connect a repeater to enhance the signal from my router 192.168.0.50 does not respond (doesn’t open)

      Run ipconfig /all from a working PC connected to the router. What is the Gateway address? Is it 192.168.0.1 ? What device in your network is supposed to have IP 192.168.0.50 ?
