DId you try Cisco's website?

If not, I'd start there.

i needed a manual in configuring it

Didn't you get one on CD/DVD with the device? You should have. If you didn't, I'd return the device and get my money back. Then I'd buy equipment from somebody that does include the manual with the device.

i dont know how to deploy it at all

Ok, at the risk of sounding rude, if you don't know how to deploy something, why would you buy it?

I think your best bet at this point may be to hire a consultant who does know how to configure and deploy this device.

ROFLMAO

Talk about a perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black.

I wasn't rude or miserable to the OP at all. Yet you took it upon yourself to call me nasty vile names you wouldn't dare call me to my face.

I know the anonymity of the internet makes little boys like you feel all puffed up and brave, but you're a joke and I can't take serious anything said by a punk who won't say it to my face. You remind me of yappy little mutt who stands a safe distance away and barks like mad and then runs the second you take a step towards him.

The advice I gave the OP was solid considering their complete and total lack of experience and/or knowledge of Cisco equipment and the Cisco IOS.

Just for the record, I find your hypocrisy outrageously funny. Thank's for starting my day off with the best laugh I've had in several weeks!
