What is the subnet mask on both?

If both are 255.255.255.0 then you'll have to put a static route between them because they're separate subnets.

The simplest thing will likely just be for you to post the output of an "ipconfig /all" command for both in here so we can see the actual TCP/IP settings on both.

I am again explaining my issue.
Actually I have 2 server computers and also 2 different isp. both servers are in the same room. Now I just want to connect both servers to communicate with each other for data sharing purposes. server 1 is connected through belkin wi-fi router and server 2 is connected through netgear wi-fi router. There ip are:-
192.168.0.99
subnet mask:- 255.255.255.248
192.168.1.2
subnet mask: 255.255.255.248

We understand and you have been given the answer.

The answer is to supernet by using 255.255.254.0. You can easily change this subnet mask on the server and dhcp servers

If you need help changing a subnet mask you're in way over your head and should hire a qualified consultant to help you.

I will tell you this, you will have to change it on all dedicated network appliances (servers, printers, routers, etc) and on the DHCP server(s).

"I am still confused"

google supernetting

subnet mask 255.255.254.0.

gives you

192.168.0.0 - 192.168.1.255

which includes both ranges of ips you need talking together.
