Specs: Windows 7
my computer will not boot without the windows 7 disk in the cd drive. It can't find the "client mac addr"

can't boot which has nothing to do with mac address. Please explain.

If the windows 7 disk is not in the cd drive the computer goes through it's post and then stops when it cannot find "dhcp client mac addr" and tries to search again and just keeps doing this, but if I put the win 7 disk in it will ask if I want to boot from cd or dvd, I don't touch anything and then windows starts up and runs fine.
