Cisco Firewall NAT Statement

Cisco / 6509

Specs: N/A
Our NetAdmin retired and we're untrained in Cisco Firewall statements. I need help allowing an outside IP to come into our public IP and hit an inside server. The vendor prefers bi-directional SSL and HTTP traffic. How would I form these statements using (IP's are example only):
Vendor IP 1: 200.100.10.45
Vendor IP 2: 200.100.10.46
Our Public IP (what everyone sees): 242.170.233.181
Our 'Real' Outside IP (likely not used in statement, since this NATs from Public IP?): 242.170.233.180
Our Internal Server: 10.20.10.4

What device are you using as a firewall. Is it a Cisco IOS router, PIX or ASA (if PIX or ASA, what version of software are you running)?
