Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3, Pentium 4 HT, 3.00 GHz-x64-1 Gb. DDR-400
Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew the chipset in a D-link DWL-120 USB adapter. I know there are drivers for many wireless chipsets for Mac except I don't know what chipset this uses.

A google search turned up nothing.

Thanks

I found it by doing a search with the FCC ID number. The actual manufacturer is GemTek and the chipset is manufactured by Intersil.

I found no Macintosh drivers.

This link is for the FCC search page and it is very helpful.

You're close. It's the Prism2 by Conexant. And to find it, all I did was enter DWL-120 chipset into google.

Well, at the time it was known as Intersil. They sold their wireless to Conexant.
