cant ping other computer

Specs: Windows 7
i have two pc and trying to ping one another the pc accept everything but the other one doesnt when iping the gateway it accepts but not the pc self
turned firewall off on both pc but still same results
anyhelp will be apreciated

Reply from 10.250.0.1: Destination host unreachable.

but whe i ping the gateway
Reply from 10.250.0.8: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=255

Chances are the target PC has it's builtin firewall up and running and set to not reply to ICMP (ping) requests.

hi curt
the firewall is turned off on both pc but still cant ping
i always get destination host unreacheable
tried everything

Do the following on both PC's (the one that is working properly and the one that isn't) and specify which is which:

Open a command prompt window (ie: Start >> Run >> type cmd and hit Enter) and perform the following command:

ipconfig /all

Once you've finished, copy/paste the output into a response on here so we can have a look.
