|I guess, your ip address belongs only to one of these networks, in your case 192.168.104.0.|
If your subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, you can't access the network 192.168.101.0. Also if the routers internal network interface has e.g. ip 192.168.101.x and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, it can't send a reply to the network 192.168.104.0 / 255.255.255.0.
