Is she in a different group or OU than the other users? I'm not an expert on group policy but that's where I would look first.

How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.

I have tested users from multiple OU's including hers and they can access it. Great suggestion though. Thanks.

" constantly pops up asking for a username and password"

This person/machine is not a member of the domain. You are never asked for logon info for a share. This means this person was never authenicated to the domain or this server is a standalone and not a member of the domain.
