We need more information:

Are you using Wifi or a cable?

If Wifi do you see your local networks (including your own)?

If Wifi have you put in your Wireless password?

When exactly do you get this disconnect - do you manage to get it connected but then it cuts out?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Is it an ISP modem or Modem/Router?
Any model/brand of the modem?

Yes you use the password provided, although once you are up and running it is usually possible to change it in the router setup page.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
