When I pull up internet connections, it doesnt show any but when I click on the linksys icon, it goes in and out of having signal strength and link quality, yet the internet is not connecting even when i have the signal. I would first ensure you have the most up-to-date driver for the wireless interface. If you already do, or upgrading it doesn't fix the issue, you may need to uninstall the actual device in Device Manager, and then reboot and reinstall. If that doesn't fix the issue, you may need to take it in to a reputable shop to have it looked at.

I am the captain of my soul.

I guess you meant, you have wireless connection to your router. The router is connected by wire to a modem, that connects you to the internet, right?

Anyway, how are the PCs connected to the router, wired or wireless?
If they are connected wirelessly, try to connect one of them by wire and check out, whether the problem persists.

The original poster should always write the last response !!!
Let us know, if the problem is solved !!!
