Specs: Windows Vista
I have an ASUS PQ5L Pro Motherboard, there are many people who live in my house and someone deleted the ethernet driver from my computer. I've been searching for hours for the correct one but haven't been able to find it. So far I've only been able to get that it is an Atheros driver, but I don't know which model the adapter is. Any help would be sooo Rad. Thanks!

OK so the driver was deleted. When you reboot windows should have detected it and loaded the correct driver.

Is this not happening?

nic built into the mainboard?

When Windows reboots it attempts to load a driver but It can't because it is not connected to the internet. Im not too sure what NIC stands for.

NIC = Network Interface Card. The hardware that makes Ethernet work.

A good place to start looking for a driver is Asus' Web Site
