Can't connect to internet, can't find ip now.

June 7, 2011 at 05:46:06
Specs: Windows Vista, AMD Phenom 64
I just bought and installed a new NVIDIA graphics card to replace my old one. After installing it, I now can't connect to internet. My modem and Router work fine, but my computer cannot find its IP address. I checked (C: prompt) and found the dreaded (169.) showing my computer can't connect with it's IP and I have tried everything to fix it, I have no idea how to fix it!
