That's why you can't login. Your DHCP server isn't assigning an ip address to your computer.

What else does ipconfig show?

169.x.x.x is an APIPA address when your pc can't contact a DHCP server.

If all other pc's are working on the network, do an ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew. If that still fails try connecting another pc into the same port/cable. That will isolate the fault.
