Go to Start and Run
type in cmd and hit enter
type ipconfig /all [doesn't matter if space or no space command will work]

Your mac address is listed as physical address

Otherwise what is the error when you type ipconfig /all? command not found?

Something that was installed messed up your environmental settings.
Path is a variable that says to the command interpreter "go look down this road for what you are looking for" which in your case is the ipconfig command usually located in the windows/system32 folder.

You will need to correct the path and anything else that maybe amiss with your variables.

Hopefully this will help
