i have more than one laptop, all my laptops connect to the wireless network with no problem except for one. i have no idea why it doesn't want to connect and i don't know what the problem is. i'm not a genius in computers so i really need help on this one thank you
Please provide some information on which to base an answer. Things like the make/model of the router Whether you have enabled security encryption and if so what type. The operating system in the problem laptop. What if any error message you get when you try to connect. What happens if you try to connect it using an ethernet cable instead of wireless? Has the router been set with any filters? If mac filtering has been invoked and a new device tries to connect it is automatically blocked until it's mac address is added to the "allow" list. Is the wireless NIC in the laptop enabled? Can this laptop connect wirelessly elsewhere such as public hotspots? There are a lot of reasons why a client system cannot connect wirelessly and we need a lot more info to solve your situation
