Click Start / Run / CMD and type in:
ipconfig /all

Check your ip address.
Your address should be
192.168.x.x

The routers ip address then is 192.168.x.1.

If you have an ip address of 169.254.x.x, your computer haven't got an ip address of your router automatically.
Causes for that could be a corrupt lan cable or network card.
Or the lan cable is simply disconnected.

You could start by putting a colon after "HTTPS".
You could try it without "HTTPS".
You could try 192.168.0.1.

Sorry to state that none of the above succeeded. Also tried to ping 192.168.1.1 but request timed out. Is there any other procedure?
