Can use Wireless USB Adapter for send & share

November 2, 2010 at 13:57:33
Specs: Windows 7
we have more than one laptob. Just one of them is connected to wireless internet by usename and password. This use and pass is valid for only one connection. Other connections are rejected.
I know how to share internet from this connected laptob to others by a CAT5e cable and private IP like

But I want to know is it possible to use a Wireless Adapter like "D-Link Wireless N USB Adapter (DWA-131)" instead of CAT5e cable to share internet? I like this Adapter because it is very small.

Thanks inadvance

That's not going to work.

How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.

Do you own/control the wireless internet access like is this your router?

It is possible to have two wireless cards in a laptop with one connecting to the internet wirelessly and one connecting adhoc wirelessly to another wireless pc. They need to be on different channels.

You would then setup a adhoc wireless network between the laptop and pc then engage ICS
