so I downloaded some stuff on my google drive and i want to access it but im afraid my isp can see it

I don't know anything about "google drive" but a quick search tells me it's cloud based storage. I suspect connecting to your google drive requires authentication (username/password). If this is the case, the only people who can access that google drive will be people who know the proper credentials so there's no way your ISP should be able to see it.

Possibly NSA, GCHQ and Ottawa equivalent might be able to... let alone Russia , China, and of course the usual Nigerian scammers
