Specs: Macintosh
I have a Macbook and a PC with no land line available. Can I use a USB wireless dongel on the Mac so have internet there, bu can I also somehow access the internet on the PC at the same time

land line refers to a phone connection.

I have no idea whether you can do internet connection sharing between a mac and a PC. if it is possible to create a LAN between them using a crossover cable then there may be some kind of proxy software you can load in the MAC to share it's internet.
