open an administrative command prompt and then type ipconfig/flushdns and then try to browse this site. if it still doesn't work then in the same command prompt type nslookup "url" and if it's 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 then you have a corrupted hosts file and you'll have to delete the wrong entries in it then flushdns again and retry. let us know.
