|Recheck what you just wrote, if there nothing wrong with your statement, why do you want to have both wireless and LAN connected at the same time (even though the connection is only coming from one of those two)? |
If your LAN Connection never work, please give us more information about your laptop... Also check and see if your Ethernet cable isn't damage, check and see if your 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet port is working... Check and see if your network setting are correct (Local Area Connection is on?)
If it still doesn't work, wait for other response or check dell support site, or call for tech support.
