Block Printing over LAN

Specs: Windows XP
Please help me. I have local printer shared. How can I block a specific user over LAN from accessing my shared printer.

Hi, right click on the printer and you should have a tab called 'Security'? Go in to Security and add the user/s you wish to block. Select 'Deny' for the user in the Security settings.

Chances are you haven't created user accounts so you won't have that user listed. You can create an account for them using the exact same credentials they use to logon to their PC (ie: username/password) and then do the "deny" on the shared printer with the account you've created.
