|Other than the same basic troubleshooting steps the belkin support guys would get you to do, and assuming from your response you've done them already, the only things I can think of to try are:|
- Contact your ISP and get them to remote into the modem and confirm it's ok.
- Get your hands on another router to use as a test, Connect it to your modem and If it works, then chances are your router is having a hardware issue and needs to be replaced. This will also confirm that the modem itself is working properly.
- Also, you can connect your router to someone elses modem. If it works with a different modem, and your modem works with a different router, then the issue may be one of "lack of interoperability" between the two devices.
