add router to home network, what subnet mask?

Specs: Windows 7, amd phenomII/4gig
Have TWC, their router not strong, want to add another router upstairs, and wire it to cable router. What subnet mask do I use?
Cable router: WAN IP Address, WAN Subnet Mask, WAN Default Gateway

You should never post your full external IP address. I edited your post and changed it for you.

If you're adding a second router to your network, and you already have one in place, you'll really want to click on my name above in my response and read my "how-to" guide titled, "Add a second Router to your LAN"

You'll want to use Version 1 - where you connect the two routers "LAN port to LAN port"

Pay attention to the IP addressing information.
